In March 2010 Marquis Motorhomes, Elddis and Peugeot ran an exciting new competition in the Daily Express newspaper, where one very lucky winner would be declared the new owner of a brand-new flagship Elddis Autoquest 180.

Out of the many thousands who entered this national competition, one correct entrant was picked at random ... and he can still barely believe his luck!

Chris Winter, from Southport, collected his prize from John Foti, Branch Manager at Marquis Northants with his friend Jill and was absolutely thrilled with his new pride and joy. He told us: "I'm still in shock! I never win anything and when I told Jill I'd entered the competition she replied 'You'll never win!'"

But win he did, simply by answering the quiz question correctly via the Daily Express promotion, then was picked at random as the lucky winner. Chris travelled down from Southport via train to collect his prize and after spending time learning how all the Autoquest's kit works he is very much looking forward to holidaying in the motorhome this summer.

Chris is planning to stay in the UK this year and use the motorhome with his 3 children and 2 grandchildren. Having owned a caravan some years ago, he is excited about experiencing motorhome holidays for the first time with friends and family ... and no doubt delighted that he took five minutes to enter that Daily Express 'Win a Motorhome' competition!
